Our site offers prices from many different airlines and immediately checks whether the lowest price is available. That is why we can offer you a lowest price guarantee for your booking!
Have you made a booking through BudgetAir.co.uk and on the same day discovered a cheaper fare offered by a different provider? In that case we are happy to refund the difference in price!
Have you found a cheaper fare?
In that case, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org on the same day, quoting your booking number and attach the screenshot(s) of the website that offers the same flight for a cheaper total price. Also include your name, city and the (bank) account number for us to refund the difference.
2. Ticket Guarantee
To prevent you from losing your money in the event of a bankruptcy of an airline, we offer you the Ticket Guarantee. We will return the costs of your ticket paid in advance, up to a maximum amount of GBP 1750 per ticket.

How you can ultimately pay depends on the product terms and conditions of the airline and your date of departure. You will immediately see the options when making your booking.
4. Price structure
At BudgetAir.co.uk you never pay too much for your flights! You can take advantage of the exclusive agreements we have with many of the world's best airlines.
The flight offers that you'll see in our advertisements and promotion pages are the starting prices of the flight itself, including taxes, fuel and security surcharges but excluding booking fees.
Price Structure of a Booking on BudgetAir.co.uk
- 1. The price of an airline ticket:
Price per flight per person, excluding taxes and surcharges
- 2. Taxes and surcharges on airline tickets
- Airport tax(es) per person.
Airport taxes are dependent on the selected airline, flying route and airports where you have to change flights during your journey. In addition, the airport taxes and surcharges are subject to, among other things, currency fluctuations. During the booking process an indication of the taxes is provided first. When completing your booking, but before the final booking is made, the exact amount is given.
- Any applicable security or fuel surcharges.
These are imposed by the airlines and other third parties.
- Any surcharges levied by airlines (such as the KLM surcharge on paper tickets when it is possible to issue an electronic ticket).
- Airport tax(es) per person.
- 3. The price of hotel accommodation
Price of a hotel stay per room per night including local taxes, service fees of the hotel provider and tourist tax, multiplied by the number of nights of your stay. A little icon (coffee cup) indicates whether breakfast is included or not.
- 4. The price of a hire car booking
Price of car rental per day. In nearly all cases, BudgetAir.co.uk shows the price, including unlimited kilometres/mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Insurance excluding excess, up to a maximum of GBP 758, depending on the car category (see under excess), location service surcharge, and local taxes. By clicking on the car icon during the search process you will find the exact information. You need to pay local taxes, location service surcharge and deposit upon collection of the car.
- 5. Other surcharges
- Reservation fees for your booking:

By telephone: £ 28.50 per ticket

How can you submit a complaint?

Also, the status of your complaint can only be requested in writing. We will inform you of the status of your complaint within 5 working days, if you would like us to do so.
Within what time can you submit a complaint?
Complaints about a booking made on BudgetAir.co.uk can be submitted to BudgetAir.co.uk no later than one month after termination of the booked service or, in the event the trip has not taken place, until one month after the original departure date as specified in the travel documents.
When can you expect a response to your complaint?
Upon receipt of your complaint we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing and give you an indication of the handling period. The time limit for handling complaints that we can solve ourselves is around three weeks. For complaints that the supplier needs to solve, the handling time may be longer.
Do you have a complaint about the services of an airline?
You can submit a complaint about the services of an airline to us. We are not liable for the services offered by the airline, but we mediate between you and the airline. Excluded are any claims on the basis of the EC Regulation (261/04) on compensation for denied boarding and delay or cancellation of flights. These should be submitted directly with the relevant airline. If it appears that the airline concerned is not accommodating or uncooperative, please contact EUclaim.co.uk.
Do you have a complaint regarding a hotel booking?
You can submit a complaint about the services of a hotel with us. We are not liable for the services offered by the hotel, but we mediate between you and the relevant hotel or hotel chain.
Do you have a complaint regarding car rental?
You can submit a complaint about the services of a car rental company with us. We are not liable for the services offered by the car rental company, but mediate between you and the relevant car rental company.
Please note: With financial claims you must provide us with original receipts and /or other relevant documents. Excluded are any claims on the basis of the EC Regulation (261/04) on compensation for denied boarding and delay or cancellation of flights.
