A weekend guide to Dublin

Delightful Dublin, full of entertainment, atmospheric pubs and enough live music to fill the city. Perfect for a weekend break, this city is a breath of fresh air with plenty to do and explore. And, if the weather is really letting you down, you can always try a pint of the local beer Guinness.

Looking for a weekend getaway guide for Dublin? Here are our favourite things to see and do.

Rainy day? No problem!

Kilmainham Gaol is an important part of the history of Dublin and it's now a museum. Perfect for a grey rainy day!

Trinity College Dublin

The grounds of Trinity College are absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy a stroll around the campus, but go in the morning on the weekends to avoid the students!

Evening entertainment

The area of Temple Bar has plenty of cosy pubs perfect to while the evening away. Have a sing song, grab a pint and a packet of crisps and you're set for the night.

Breakfast time

You can't go to Dublin and not go to the Guinness factory. It's a must!

Aviva Stadium

The newly built Aviva Stadium is a great place to watch a match of football or rugby. Make sure you see if there is anything on when you visit Dublin.
