Update about the Sri Lanka situation

In response to the attacks in Sri Lanka, the various authorities have tightened up travel advice and travelers are advised not to travel to Sri Lanka in the short term if not necessary. Almost all airlines operate their flights according to schedule.

However, there are often flexible conditions for changing or canceling flights. If you want to use this, we recommend the following:

You are already in Sri Lanka:
Contact the airline with which you are flying locally. They can best inform you about return options.
In case that’s not successful, feel free to contact us via email with “Sri Lanka” mentioned in the subject. Based on the airline policy we will try to support you the best we can.

You are travelling soon to Sri Lanka:
In case you want to cancel your trip to Sri Lanka, please inform us about this via email. The cancellation policy of the airline you’re flying with is applicable to your booking. Please mention “Sri Lanka cancellation” and your booking / order number in the subject of your email.
If you want to change please follow the same procedure however mention “Sri Lanka change” plus you booking number.

In all cases we will contact you as soon as possible. It’s extremely busy at the moment in our customer support center. It can take a little longer than usual before you hear from us.
