Italia Trasporto Aereo, or ITA Airways, is owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance and is Italy's national flag carrier after replacing Alitalia on 15 October 2021. Their primary hub airport is based at Rome Fiumicino International Airport (FCO) while the airline also provides service from Milan Linate Airport (LIN) for their domestic network and some international routes.
As of 2021, ITA Airways provides service to 44 destinations on 59 routes, with its main focus on Italy and surrounding destinations in Europe, but with expansion to further international routes by 2025.

Online check-in is available for travellers 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time. Check-in and reprinting of the boarding pass will be available until 90 minutes before departure for international and 45 minutes for domestic flights.
