Minimum number of persons in a group
The minimum number of persons for a group differs per airline. Please fill in the request form for groups of 10 or more persons. We will check if a group fare applies and if it is cheaper.
The offer
Group fares will be calculated for each individual group. The airline checks seat availability and depending on group size and availability a group fare will be calculated. In general the average fare of the lowest still available fare is used and a discount is given on this. Taking into account that every airline processes group fare requests in this way it takes about 4 or 5 working days before we can e-mail the offer to you.
Group conditions
Each airline has its own conditions for group bookings. BudgetAir.co.uk is just as flexible as the airline. Each airline group offer that we send to you includes the option period and other important conditions (payment, names, cancellations etc.).
Make a group booking
If you decide to make a group booking we will send you an e-mail a few days before each deadline (option period, names, printing tickets) to remind you that the deadline is about to expire. This way you cannot forget the deadlines and unnecessary costs and problems will be avoided. We offer this extra service free of charge for all our groups!
Private chartersIf the group is too large or if you wish exclusivity BudgetAir.co.uk can charter a private plane. The types of aircraft may vary, depending on the number of persons. A big advantage of a private plane is that you yourself can determine the departure and arrival times. Special wishes regarding inflight service can be submitted. Fares for private charters are on demand. |
